1. Product selection
- Factory provides ready stock list (including model, size, density, fabric, price, etc.).

- Support sending sample catalogs or small samples to confirm feel/material.
2. Inquiry and order
- Customer confirms model, quantity, packaging requirements (OPP bag, color box, labeling, etc.).
- Factory quotation (including tax, freight, etc.), confirm MOQ.
- Sign contract or place order and pay directly in store.
3. Warehousing and shipping
- Ready stock ships within 48 hours; negotiate production cycle if stock is insufficient.
- Provide logistics tracking number, large orders can arrange inspection.
4. After-sales support
- Provide quality inspection certificates, material reports.
