1. Requirement Communication
Customer provides requirements (can be through drawings, samples, or text descriptions):
- Custom by drawing: Provide design drafts/3D files (must indicate dimensions, thickness, curves, and other details).
- Custom by sample: Send samples, factory replicates and optimizes.
- New design: Customer explains requirements (such as U-shaped neck pillow, wave shape, zoned support, etc.), factory provides solution suggestions.
- Confirm details: Fabric type (Tencel, ice silk, bamboo fiber, etc.), pillow core density and hardness, whether to add gel/ventilation holes, etc.
2. Quotation and contract
- Factory evaluates process difficulty and material cost, provides quotation within 3 working days.
- Confirm mold fee, minimum order quantity (MOQ), delivery cycle.
- Sign contract, pay sample deposit (30%-50%).
3. Sampling and confirmation
- After receiving the mold, factory makes 1-3 samples and sends to customer for testing (cycle 5-10 days).
- Customer provides feedback for modifications, adjust until satisfied.
- Sign sample confirmation letter, lock technical parameters.
4. Mass production
- Factory procures materials and produces (cycle 15-30 days, depending on quantity).
- Provide production progress photos/videos (optional service).
5. Quality inspection and delivery
- Full inspection or sampling inspection (according to customer requirements).
- Pay balance, arrange logistics.
